HR Initiatives & Engagements

As a part of the Employee Engagements Initiatives, we drive the ‘Employee Suggestion Schemes’ at all our units, NSL Champions Trophy is conducted once in a year for the Corporate Office & Unit employees, Employee Birthdays are celebrated once in a month, Other cultural activities include Karthikamasa Celebrations at Units, Republic & Independence Day Celebrations, National Safety Week, Contributing towards the Cyclone Relief Fund, Indoor Games (i.e. – Caroms, Chess, Rangoli, Children’s Essay Competitions etc), Medical Camps, Blood Donation Camps, Yoga Classes, Town hall meetings, Offsite meetings, Budget Meets, e-magazine – “We the People”.

We have well defined processes in place for all our Corporate & Unit employees (i.e. – Job Descriptions, KRA & KPI’s, SOPs & Delegation of Authority)
