  Mr. Pamidi V Prasad Babu is the CEO for the Sugar Vertical of NSL and has been associated with the organisation since 2017.
  
  He had done MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) and BE computers from Adik Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
  
  Mr. Prasad babu brings with him more than 22 years of experience. Prior to joining with us he worked for M/S Lanco Group, M/S ISA power PVT LTD, M/S Network Solutions and M/S Maruthi Hatcheries Ltd.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Strategic Leadership, Plant operations planning & Management, Project Management, Budgeting , P&L Management, Banking Liaison, Project Financing, Team Building and etc..

• Mr. Samineni Satish Kumar – CFO

  Mr. Satish Kumar Samineni is a Commerce professional and he is Aged about 57 years (25-08-1966)
  
  He has about 37 years of experience in Finance & Accounts domain, Out of which 19 years with NSL Group.
  
  He has 10 years of experience in Sugar Industry (2 yrs in NSL Sugars & 8 yrs in Sakthi Sugars),He has been with NSL Textiles since 2006 and now moving to NSL Sugars w.e.f. today. He will be shouldering the responsibility of CFO (Finance & Accounts). Additionally leading the teams of Procurement, Internal Audit, Costing and MIS.
  
  Before joining NSL Textiles, he has worked for Organizations like:BELTEXCO in Central Africa, Sakthi Sugars Ltd., Livewell Home Finance Ltd.,.
  
  He was also associated with Audit Firms like :M/s. Brahmaiah &Co., M/s. RSM Asscociates, M/s. M.Thomas &Co Chartered Accountants. Mr. Satish Kumar’s functional expertise lies in corporate finance, auditing, accounting and trading.

• Mr. B V Krishna Reddy, Sr. Vice President – Distilleries

  Mr. Krishna Reddy has joined us on 19th April, 2021, as Sr. Vice President – Distilleries.
  
  He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from SV University and done his M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He has also done PG Diploma in HRM and Executive General Management Programme from IIM Bangalore.
  
  He brings with him more than 30 years of specific hands on experience in Distillery Operations. Prior to joining with us, he worked for Allied Blenders and Distilleries Limited, Pioneer Distillers Limited (A Diageo Group Company), United Spirits Limited, Honeywell Technology Solutions, BPL Engineering, and Union Carbide (Eveready Industries India Limited).
  
  Some of his core competencies are Strategic planning, Management of Supply Chain, Cost, Production & Industrial Engineering. He had also hands on experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, implementation of TQM and TPM. Also a Certified Lean Six Sigma expert. and Etc..

• Mr. Gavirneni Tejo Purnakar – Vice President - Operations(Tech)

  Mr. Gavirneni Tejo Purnakar is serving with NSL as VP-Operations at Corporate Office, Hyderabad.
  
  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India .
  
  He is entrusted with the responsibility of operations of Aland, Jay Mahesh and KSL Plants. He integrates and coordinates the production processes to accomplish predetermined objectives. It establishes schedules to plan the entire production and assure efficiency in processes and resources. He also plans, implements, reviews to achieve cane plantation targets and monitors H&T gangs and recovery of advances. Developing preventive and corrective plans and policies for all Safety & Fire aspects of the Plants comes within the area of responsibility.
  
  Besides monitoring the plant operations and production targets, he also looks after off seasonal activities progress as per the budget(business plan). Generation of MIS in respect to operations and projects is also his forte.

• Mr. Senthil Kumar N, Vice President – Cane

  Mr. Senthil kumar has joined us on 06th August, 2021.
  
  He is a graduate in Agriculture from Tamilnadu Agricultural University and an MBA from Annamalai University.
  
  He brings with him more than 33 years of specific hands on experience in HR Department. He has served organizations like M/s. Sunbird Energy, M/s. Thiru Arooran Group, M/s. EID Parry, M/s.Cauvery Sugars, M/s. Dharani Sugars, M/s. Perambular Sugars ..etc.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Cane Development, Operating of Sugar Plants and Distilleries, Review and Direct the Field activities and take corrective actions well in advance,  Develop strategies to improve yield per acre and etc..

• Mr. M.V. Ramesh , Vice President – Co-Gen

  Mr. M.V. Ramesh is our Vice President-Co-Gen at Corporate Office, Hyderabad and he joined NSL on 21st February 2022. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Andhra University and has done his MBA from IBS Hyderabad.
  
  He has a total of 30 years of experience in Project Management in Thermal & gas Power Plants & R&M of Rotating Equipments. He has been associated with Hamtek Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, Abir Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Energy Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Lanco Infratech Pvt. Ltd, Larsen & Toubro (L& T) Ltd., and Turbomachinery Engg Industries Pvt. Ltd.
  
  Some of his core competencies are project planning, execution and cost optimization of projects. Procurement and controlling the vendors also is his expertise area. CRM and risk mitigation also forms a part of his domain expertise.

• Mr. Nikhil Kamal Agarwal, General Manager – Sales & Marketing

  Mr. Nikhil Agarwal is heading the Sales & Marketing function of NSL Sugars. He has been associated with the organization since 02nd May, 2011.
  
  He is a graduate in commerce and done his masters degree in International Business from Symbiosis, Pune.
  
  He is having more than 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. He has served organizations like Apollo International Ltd – Commodities Division, GARDEX, PT BIMA SAKTI, INDONESIA.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Sales, Marketing, International Trading and Supply Chain of Sugar, ENA, Ethanol, and other bi-products, Developing Domestic & International Markets, Export/Import Trades, Risk Management, Documentation, and Financial Transactions..

  Mr. Divyaraj Pillai has associated since 12th April, 2022.
  
  He is a post graduate in Commerce from Karnataka University and He has done LLB from Siddhartha Law College (Gulbarga).
  
  Mr. Pillai has over 33 years of experience in HR functions and HR Operations. Prior to joining with us, he worked for Murugappa Group – EID Parry (India) Ltd (Bangalore), Sree Renuka Sugars, Shah Technical Consultants Pvt ltd (Gulbarga) and Myrada (Gulbarga).
  
  Some of Mr. Pillai’s core competencies are HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Strategic HR, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, General Administration and Statutory Compliances etc..

  Mr. Madhava Krishna Rao K., has been associated with NSL since 03rd Sep, 2015. He is heading the legal function of Sugars Vertical since then.
  
  He has completed LLM from Osmania University and having more than 20 years of experience in practice and corporate put together. Prior to joining with us he has worked with GVK Power & Infra., IVRCL Ltd., and GATI Ltd.
  
  Some of Mr. Madhav’s core competencies are Litigation Management, Arbitration, Drafting & Vetting of Contracts and Liaison with Government bodies.

• Mr. Rajanikanth Mulugu, Company Secretary

  Mr. Rajini Kanth M., has joined with us as Company Secretary at Corporate Office, Hyderabad on 25th July, 2022.
  
  He is Fellow member of CS from ICSI & MBA (Finance) from Osmania University.
  
  Mr. M. Rajini Kanth has vast experience of 21 years in Secretarial & legal functions. Prior to joining with us, he worked for Hinduja Energy, SKS Ispat, UFO Movies, Allcargo Global logistics, V Sundaram & Co (PCS), Viteos Technologies, Alpha Systems India rubber Production.
  
  Some of Mr. M. Rajini Kanth’s core competencies are Secretarial & legal Compliances as required under the Indian Companies Act and other applicable Statutes, in compliance with Corporate Laws and SEBI regulations.

• Mr. Harendra Malik, Deputy General Manager – Procurement

  Mr. Ranjit Kumar M joined NSL Sugars in May - 2020 as Deputy General Manager - Materials .
  
  He has done his Graduation in B.Tech (Electronics).
  
  He brings with him more than 17 years of specific hands on experience in Commercial Department. He has served organizations like M/s Prime Steel Limited Kenya, M/s Paul Wurth India Ltd. Gurgaon, M/s Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, M/s Bhushan Steel Ltd .
  
  His core competencies are Procurement, Vendor Development, Cost reduction, Inventory control & MIS in relation to consumption, stocks & budget, Rate Contracts MOM with Indian Oil Corporation & other big Companies. -->

  Mr. Arulappan has been associated with NSL Sugars as Sr. Vice President – Corporate Technical.
  
  He has done M.Sc (Chemistry) from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy & ANSI (Sugar Technology) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur.
  
  Mr. Arulappan has over 4 decades of vast experience in Erection & Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance & Process Improvement of Sugar, Cogen & Distillery.
  
  Prior to joining with us he worked for M/s EID Parry Ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Dharani Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Tamilnadu Sugar Corporation ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, Kerala, M/s Arignar Anna Sugar Mills, Tamilnadu & M/s Madurantakam Cooperative Sugar Mills, Tamilnadu.
  
  His core areas are trouble shooting & providing technical guidance with corrective measures in the areas of Production of Quality Sugar, Controlling the Total Losses in Process and by-Products, Operation and Maintenance of Sugar, Cogen & Distillery Plants, Improvement in Efficiency Parameters, Development of New Products, Planning of Preventive Maintenance & Overhauling of the plants.

• Mr. Rajasekhar Urlam , Vice president - Technical

  Mr. Rajasekhar Urlam has joined us on 6th April, 2022, as Vice President – Technical. He is responsible for the Sugar expansion projects at Aland and Jay Mahesh Units.
  
  He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University. Also done PG Diploma in Materials Management, Diploma in Computer programming and Executive Management program from Harward Business School, USA.
  
  Mr. Rajasekhar has over 34 years of experience in Sugar Projects and technologies. Prior to joining with us, he has worked for VRL Automation Engineering & Projects Pvt ltd, Walchadnagar Industries ltd, EID Parry (India) Ltd, KCP Ltd in India and Dar al Riyadh Consultants (Saudi Arabia).
  
  Some of Mr. Rajasekhar’s core competencies are Business Development, Project Management, Overseeing Sugar Plant Operations, Bench Marking, Preparation of capital expenditure proposals, Capacity Expansions, Modernizations & new acquisition, Design & Engineering and supply chain management etc..

• Mr. Ramachandra Rao AS, Senior General Manager - Koppa Unit Head

  Mr A S Ramachandra Rao has joined us as SGM and Unit Head, Koppa on 14th June 2023.
  
  He has a Diploma in Mech Engineering, Diploma in Sugar Technology and Boiler operation Engineering.
  
  Mr Ramachandra Rao has over 36 years of experience. He has worked for M/s KPR Sugar Apparel, M/s Vijaynagar Sugars, M/s Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, M/s Trident sugars, M/s GMR Industries Ltd and M/s Nizam sugars Limited.
  
  Some of Mr Ramachandra Rao’s core competencies are operations & maintenance of sugar, cogen and distillery plants. Erection and commissioning of boilers, SAP, ERP system in plant maintenance and material modules.

• Mr. Devarajulu P, Senior General Manager - Aland Unit Head

  Mr. Devarajulu P., has joined us as General Manager - Operations (Unit Head) for Aland Unit, on 22nd October, 2021.
  
  He is a Mechanical Engineer and done Sugar Technology Certification from AVSI and BOE. He has also done MBA.
  
  Mr. Devearjulu has 30 years of experience in Sugar Industry. Prior to joining with us, he has worked for Hoima Sugars, Uganda, Olam Sugars, KPR Sugars, Vijayanagar Sugars, GMR Sugars, KCP Mayura, New Horizon Sugars and Chittoor Cooperative Sugars. He has worked earlier at Aland Unit during 2014 to 17.
  
  Some of Mr. Devarajulu’s core competencies are Operation & Maintenance of Sugar Plants, General Management, Erection and commissioning of projects, Finance & Budgetary Control related to operations..etc.

• Mr. Purushotham MP, Senior General Manager – Jay Mahesh Unit Head

  Mr. Purushotham has joined with us as General Manager – Operations at Jay Mahesh Unit on 19th May, 2022.
  
  He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mysore and possess Diploma in Sugar Engineering.
  
  Mr. Purushotham has over 30 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Erection & Commissioning of power and Sugar Plants. Prior to joining with us, he has worked for KPR Sugars and Apparels ltd, Dangote Sugars (Nigeria), NSL Sugars Ltd (Koppa), Shree Vaani Sugars (Chittor), Teledirect Informatics India Ltd (Bengalore) and Myacetate & Chemical Ltd (Mandya).
  
  Some of Mr. Purushotham’s core competencies are Operations & Maintenance, Erections & Commissioning, Project Management, Energy Conservation, Safety & Security, Procurement & Sourcing and Team Management etc..

• Mr. Sugguna Srinivas Rao, Vice President - KSL Unit Head

  Mr Sugguna Srinivas Rao has joined with us as VP and Unit Head, KSL on 3rd June 2023.
  
  He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Andhra university and has an MBA(project management), Diploma in Sugar technology and Energy Manager from Bureau of Sugar Efficiency.
  
  Mr Sugguna has over 38 years of experience. He has worked for M/S Dangote Sugars Refinery, Nigeria. Previously he had worked in NSL as Corporate Tech Head and TSL Engineering Head. M/s GMR Sugars, M/s Sudalagunta Sugars, Empee Sugars and a Chemicals and Nagarjuna Co operative Sugars Limited.
